Wheatgrass juice? Yes Yes Yes!!!!!!
If you are tired or sick all the time, wheatgrass juice will benefit you greatly. If you have problems with your skin, if you have allergies, if you have headaches all the time, wheatgrass juice will benefit you greatly. If you have a problem with craving sweets or food that is overly salty and spicy, that means that your taste buds are out of whack, due to the over consumption of sweet and salty. Wheatgrass juice will benefit you greatly. If you have never taken wheatgrass juice, well, I would start off slowly. Take a 1 ounce shot in the afternoon, to get accustomed to it. You may feel that it does not go down well, like the taste stays with you for a long time, and you may feel a little sick. But rest assured, it's working to benefit your health. More than likely your blood and body chemistry is running extremely acidic, and the wheatgrass juice is a shot of pure alkaline juice. So there is bound to be a clash until the balance is restored. To get your health back into balance, I suggest starting out your day with a 2 ounce shot of wheatgrass in the morning, and a 2 ounce shot mid afternoon. But you have to build up to this. My friend shot herself out of the cannon, and took a 2 ounce shot of wheatgrass, and proceeded to toss her cookies, and she told me she never vomits. That told me how extremely acidic she was. So do start off slowly the first few times, but like I suggest perviously, the goal is to take 2 two ounce shots a day. Two weeks of this will make a big difference. The benefits of wheatgrass are amazing: it air-rates the blood and actually cleans out the house of your cells. Wheatgrass is composed of chlorophyll, which is directly correlated to the sun. It's like you are drinking in the energy of the sun. Wheatgrass is akin to hemoglobin in the blood which aids in cell transfer (cleaning out the house of the cells.) Wheatgrass is also antiseptic, another way that it cleans the blood. And wheatgrass curbs your hunger as well. The craving of heavy foods and sweets is lessened when wheatgrass is consumed. And that's a good thing because the goal is to eat lighter, more nutritious food.
